A short story about the owner.📖

The way of the entrepreneur…

I have been interested in business since I was a child. I remember my dream when I was 7 years old – I wanted to have my own business and become financially independent.

I studied International Relations at the University. During my studies, I had doubts about whether I wanted to become a diplomat. At the age of 22, I started working as a financial advisor for selling insurances.

After 2,5 years of cold calling every day, and meetings with clients, I received the most efficient and intense sales training that I could imagine.

At that moment I realised that being expert in sales is a crucial skill for all businesses. So, I decided to transition my experience into more complex services.

In 2010, at the ripe age of 24, I had an epiphany: ‘University is a bit too theoretical, and the real business magic happens in the field.’ So, I boldly embarked on my journey and birthed my consulting company while still studying. I have since witnessed the digital metamorphosis from 2008 till today.

At 26, I walked out of university, degree in hand.

Since 2010, we have been selling consulting services to companies. I was responsible for managing the sales team, conducting training sessions, and recruitment. By 2017, we had served over 200 companies, and I was awarded for my high achievements.

My company even snagged the prestigious Dekra Quality Certification for providing consistent quality consultancy services.

Since the beginning of running my company, I have been interested in marketing, and it gradually became my passion. I organized webinars, campaigns and acquired clients using different channels.

I didn’t just read about marketing and sales; I lived it.

I have also managed teams of appointment setters and closers specializing in online client acquisition, which I continue to do to this day. That is also my mission, as I strive to be an empathetic and creative manager.

With 15 years of sales wizardry under my belt, I have become an expert in optimising Marketing Management systems.

I now live my Swiss dream with my girlfriend. My passions are tennis, travels and food.

Despite not being a media person, I’ve started a YouTube channel and Instagram—because nothing says ‘I understand video content creation’ like walking the walk.
